Hotel Ivory Playa Sports & Spa Alcudia , Alcudia (Mallorca)

The hotel is nicely decorated and contained enough amenities to keep a family of four fed and comfortable for a week. It is on a busy street, so really loud when the windows were open. The service was exceptional, with staff who were so caring and attentive to our needs. The location is perfect, just steps away from the nicest beach in Majorca. The dining experience was enjoyable overall, especially thanks to the esteemed Margo, talkative Gisellaa, and beaming Manuel. The facilities, including showers and a baggage storage area, were convenient.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a mix of positives like cleanliness and size, but some noise from the surroundings. The service stands out for being exceptionally polite and helpful. The location provides a variety of amenities and is close to the beach, but lacks ideal dining options. Dining is enjoyable with a variety of choices. The facilities offer great additional options for relaxation and leisure.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were excellent, but the cost of the holiday was significantly higher. Despite being on a busy street, the rooms were quite loud when the windows were open. The room had some minor issues like a faulty lock in the bathroom, a handle coming off the wardrobe, and a light fitting not fixed properly. The decor was fresh but felt cramped and not up to a 4-star standard.
